1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EasyDance platform ("Service"), operated by EasyDance ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Service

EasyDance is a platform for social partner dance schools and their communities. The Service includes:

  • A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for dance school owners to manage students, classes, memberships, and payments.
  • A directory for students to discover dance schools, classes, and congresses.
  • An events calendar for dance congresses, socials, and workshops.
  • Communication tools to connect schools with their students.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Promptly update your information if it changes.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. School Owner Responsibilities

If you register as a dance school owner, you additionally agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information about your school, classes, schedules, and pricing.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to operating your dance school, including consumer protection and data privacy laws.
  • Manage your students' data responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
  • Not use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload, post, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or connected systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by or licensed to EasyDance and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

By submitting content (such as school profiles, descriptions, or images) to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

  • Prices and billing terms will be presented to you before purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, email providers). We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyDance and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data.
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyDance from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the country where EasyDance is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of the jurisdiction where EasyDance is established.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
